These solutions are based on recycling of SNF, fractionation of the RAW generated in the process of recycling and separate treatment of different fractions. The proposed solutions minimizing the volume and degree of danger of the waste sent to landfill.
The Company offers its foreign customers the solutions that ensure safe handling of SNF at all stages – unloading from the reactor storage pools, storage and monitoring, transportation, processing of SNF and RAW conditioning.
By order of the Government of the Russian Federation, TENEX was appointed the sole organization authorized to conclude foreign trade deals related to import of irradiated fuel assemblies for processing in the Russian Federation.

The first supplies of biofuels (wood pellets) to the world market were made in 2019.
A responsible approach to handling wood raw materials in the supply chain has been confirmed by the passed certification according to international FSC standards.
Lithium and other rare metals
At present, the assessment of deposits of rare metals, primarily lithium, is being carried out for their subsequent development. The introduction of innovative Russian technologies for the processing of hydromineral raw materials is envisaged. These technologies are highly efficient and have a minimum impact on the environment, water balance and biocenosis.
