Since 2014, TENEX has been implementing the concept of an integrated management system. The integrated management system is client-centric, aimed at taking into account the interests of all stakeholders, ensuring continuous improvement of business processes and implementation of a system approach to company management.
At present the integrated management system of TENEX comprises the quality management system, the environmental management system, the supply chain safety management system and the occupational health and safety management system.
TENEX has also carried out a project to implement the ISO 19443:2018 standard (GOST R ISO 19443-2020) “Quality management systems. Specific requirements for the application of ISO 9001:2015 by organizations in the supply chain of the nuclear energy sector supplying products and services important to nuclear safety”.
TENEX has developed a Policy in the Field of Quality, Environment, Supply Chain Safety, Health and Labor Safety.
As a responsible supplier, TENEX works only with contractors that are fully compliant with the requirements of the corresponding international standards and norms in the above-mentioned areas.
In order to estimate the customers’ satisfaction level, an annual questioning of the foreign client companies is carried out within the integrated management system. During the past few years, the overall customer satisfaction rate has been making 100%. This testifies that the quality of the company’s services/goods and communication meet the clients’ expectations.
TENEX considers the recommendations regarding separate quality factors of the contracts realization; the company works out and implements the corresponding correction and preventive measures.
