TENEX participates in the Korean Atomic Power Annual Conference
The Korea Atomic Industrial Forum (KAIF) organized a conference KAP-2019 on May 21-22 in Jeju city (Republic of Korea) under the motto “New Role and Responsibility” in connection with the 60th anniversary of the national atomic industry.
Denis Muraviev, Managing Director of TENEX-Korea Co. Ltd. (TENEX’s subsidiary) took part in the KAP panel discussion and presented a report on global trends in the nuclear industry with a focus on ensuring its safety and public acceptability, developing innovative technologies in the context of ROSATOM activities.
For reference: KAIF is an international non-profit association, the members of which are about 90 South Korean and foreign organizations of the nuclear industry. It publishes information and analytical bulletins, conducts a number of annual trainings on the development of nuclear technologies, and together with the Korean Nuclear Society annually holds an international conference, the platform of which is used by participants in the global nuclear fuel cycle market to find and discuss promising areas of cooperation. TENEX has been an associate member since 2004.
