TENEX strictly complies with the requirements of the domestic legislation, international standards and agreements, and shares the principles of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Global Compact, and Conventions of the International Labor Organization.
In 2012, TENEX joined the Social Charter of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, thus confirming its commitment to the fundamental principles set in it.
The multibillion long-term foreign orders portfolio built up by TENEX supports significant volumes of the industry’s workload, and as a consequence, keeps up several thousand jobs at ROSATOM’s enterprises, most of which are city-forming ones.
TENEX’s proceeds from the sales of NFC products compose a significant share of the total proceeds that ROSATOM receives from the foreign operations. The company’s full net profit is the most important investment resource for the Russian nuclear industry. It is directed in full volume to finance general sectorial development programs.
