Responsible supply chain
A supply chain sustainability management system based on the Supplier Code of Conduct has been implemented in the «Sales and Trading» Division.
The Code was first developed in 2019 and included the norms and principles of sustainable development enshrined in the universally recognized documents, such as the UN International Bill of Human Rights, the conventions of the International Labour Organization, the UN Global Compact, and others.
The Code reflects industry standards, corporate policies of TENEX and ROSATOM State Atomic Energy Corporation, as well as best practices of global companies. In August 2025, a new version of the Supplier Code of Conduct for the «Sales and Trading» Division was approved.
Starting in 2020, the Code compliance policy is being integrated into all contract documentation. Compliance with the Code is monitored using a range of tools, including sustainability audits. Particular attention is paid to building trust-based relationships with suppliers, in particular through information exchange and educational activities in the field of sustainable development.
